Merchant Agreement


What Phondini Partners delivers to your business:

  • We set up your business for BuyCoastal
  • We provide up to four (4) laminated Points Cards with the required QR codes; these are included in the initial Setup Fee. Additional Points Cards can be ordered at any time for $10 each.
  • You can change your Qualifying Purchase Levels at any time; each change requires a new Points Card with a $10 processing fee. Please allow three (3) business days to deliver the cards, and to make the necessary changes to the BuyCoastal database.
  • Duplicates of the same Points Card are available at $3 each.
  • The BuyCoastal System tracks the transactions and point levels for all registered Users and for all Merchants.
    • This System will send an email to your designated email address each time Points are earned, and each time a Reward is redeemed.
  • We provide Support via a dedicated email support@BuyCoastal.org and phone 650-43-43-BUY (434-3289).

What Phondini Partners needs from your business:

  • A one-time initial Setup Fee of $99 (Discounted from $199 for a limited time only), payable to the HMB Chamber.
  • A Subscription Fee of $30 per month or $300 per year, payable to the HMB Chamber.
    • The minimum initial subscription period is three (3) months.
  • Information required for Setup
    • business name & address
    • email address for correspondence
    • a separate new email address for BuyCoastal system message
    • Qualifying Purchase Levels for Earning Points (default: $10, $25, $50, $100)
    • Reward Point Levels and the Nature of Rewards (discount, gift card, etc)

Please treat Points Cards like cash. If Points Cards are lost or stolen, please report the loss to BuyCoastal support immediately.
